Ismail focuses on value creation and growth acceleration, leveraging his expertise in strategy, commercial expansion, and sales efficiency. He began his career at Simon-Kucher, advising global businesses on top-line growth, pricing strategies, and revenue management. His work spanned the retail and entertainment sectors, helping companies optimize pricing models and enhance revenue performance.


Before joining Simon-Kucher, he gained experience in business analysis and digital transformation. At Sanofi, within the General Medicine unit, he developed performance tracking systems, designed customer engagement plans, and optimized multi-channel marketing strategies. Prior to that, at Wavestone, he contributed to digital workplace strategies and change management initiatives for major international clients.


Ismail holds a degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris and a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School.
