Kiana Sharifi

Kiana started her career in tech nearly two decades ago at UC Berkeley where she founded a company focused on developing sentiment analysis technology. She has since been an adviser, angel investor, and operator working with VCs and founders in the US and EMEA.

In 2017, she joined Balderton Capital, a leading VC firm in London, to lead the talent advisory practice for a portfolio of 100+ companies. After leaving Balderton, she moved to Dubai where she served as the interim Chief Strategy Officer for the omnichannel retailer, eyewa.

At COTU, she will focus on expanding our platform and supporting portfolio companies on talent strategy and scaling.
