Pooja Varyani

Pooja focuses on fund and management company finance, investment operations, and financial governance across the firm’s funds and co-investment vehicles. As the firm’s finance owner, she partners with leadership on financial strategy, capital planning, and fund-level decision-making, spanning financial planning, scenario analysis, treasury strategy, and investment operations. She works closely with fund administrators, auditors, and accounting partners to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and uphold institutional standards as the firm scales.

Before joining the firm, Pooja built and led finance functions within high-growth startups across FinTech and PropTech. She set up finance infrastructure from the ground up, supported fundraising and strategic initiatives, and acted as a strategic partner to founders on capital allocation, cash management, and scaling priorities. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in corporate finance and investment analysis, grounding her work in strong financial rigor and capital stewardship.

Pooja holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating with Highest Honors, and is a CFA Charterholder.
