Saeed Alajou

Saeed is a Saudi national with a background in Law, having studied at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne before transitioning into the world of technology. Over the past 15 years, he has built a career in revenue and growth, starting with midsize US tech companies such as MicroStrategy and SAS. He was part of the early teams as they expanded their footprint to the Middle East, helping drive expansion in the region.

Most recently, he led growth at Unifonic, a Saudi scale-up, where he spearheaded the company’s expansion beyond KSA over a three-year period. As an active angel investor, he has backed and supported early-stage startups, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges founders face as they scale.

At COTU Ventures, he focuses on post-investment activities, working closely with portfolio founders on GTM strategy, revenue growth, and best practices to scale revenue
